1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or stitched uniforms, altered garments, and items purchased during sale are not eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 95121 02102 or email at support@treyondworld.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no extra cost.
